I am running Outlook on a Windows 10 Laptop. It had been working fine forever but suddenly last week, I went to mail (microsoft outlook 2013) (32-bit) wont open free it and got the flash screen for about a second or less and then it disappeared.
When I hover my cursor over the Outlook icon in the taskbar a blank screen pops up but won't open when I click on it. The only way I can open outlook now is in safemode which is better than nothing but a royal pain since it affinity designer guide free remember any of my settings.

It still will not open. However, there is a new wrinkle that might be another clue for someone much smarter than I am.
As I had mentioned in my original post, when I hover my cursor over the outlook icon in the task bar, a blank window is displayed above the icon. When I click that little window, nothing happens. Just for jollies, I right click on that window and then clicked Maximum. The outlook window opened up full screen. I can minimize it and maximize it but if I click restore, poof, it's gone again.
